Introduction
Dr. Robert L. Welsh is a retired physician whose hobby was accumulating copies of historical documents describing churches and their leaders in the Old West. He also brought to Whitworth’s archives the records of three closed churches in the Seattle-Puget Sound ared – Brighton, Laurelhurst and Pine Lake. His only publication describes the history of Seattle Presbytery from 1858 to 2005.
